One of the most popular dive sites in the region with a diverse range of marine life which is accessible to all levels of divers!
Racha Yai and Racha Noi are the two most popular dives sites in the region. Both islands (or Raya Islands), located around 12 km south of Phuket, are best known as excellent diving and snorkelling day-trip destinations. RY beautifully reveals itself, with most arrivals landing onto a strip of fine white sand tucked deep into the long, U-shaped central bay, called Ao Tawan Tok or Ao Bungalow. Only an hour and a half boat ride from Chalong Bay, Phuket it is visually stunning they provide a diverse range of marine life which is accessible to all levels of divers. Both islands are ideal for beginner divers, and there is one of the best and safest places in the region to begin your PADI OWD Course or DSD program. Coral starts almost immediately at the edge of the water and starts to taper off around the 20-metre mark.
